Instructions for Allied & Health Care Professions Bachelor programmes Counselling Session 2026-27
All the qualified candidates are invited for the counselling of Allied & Health Care Professions Bachelor Programmes session 2026-27.
The Counselling will be held on 01-07-2026 (Wednesday) in Biochemistry Conference Hall, SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Sri Amritsar.
Reporting Time: 9:00 AM
The candidate must bring all the following documents at the time of counselling:

Printed copy of their application form. |

Admit Card and Result Card of Entrance Exam. |
|
c) |
Original matriculation examination certificate indicating the date of birth. |
|
d) |
Original matriculation examination mark sheet indicating “pass” in the subject of Punjabi of that standard; (For candidate from Punjab State only). |

e) |
Original Detail Marks Card of 10+1. |
|
f) |
Original marks sheet certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination/ Printed copy of 10+2 result. |

g) |
Original Character Certificate from the school / college last attended. |
|
h) |
Original Migration Certificate from last attended Board. |
|
i) |
Four recent passport size photographs with name and father’s name written on the back side. (4 photos of Student, 1 photo of Father, 1 photo of Mother) |

j) |
Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable). |

k) |
Copy of Aadhar Card. (student, Father and mother) |
|
l) |
Recent Domicile Certificate/ Bonafide Resident of Certificate. |

m) |
Affidavit of Sikh minority (applicable for Sikh Minority quota Candidates) |

n) |
Original Caste Certificate if applied for SC/BC category. |

Income Certificate if applied for SC/BC category. |

5 Post Dated Cheques.

Note:
- Candidate must bring one clear bag with them.
- Presence of Parents/Guardian is compulsory along with candidate.
- Demand Draft of *Rs. 47,750/- in the name of SGRD Charitable Hospital Trust University A/c payable at Amritsar.
*The fee structure is provisional and is likely to get revised by the competent authority.
